This New Customer Welcome Kit is to be sent to all new Quik Internet customers to thank them for choosing Quik. Its purpose is to grow customer loyalty and increase your business by cross-promotion and encouraging referrals.

A complete New Customer Welcome Kit includes the kit (folder and inserts), a QuikMember Re-chargeable Phone Card, and a new Brochure. The phone card is a reward for signing up with Quik Internet.

Each New Customer Welcome Kit that you send to new customers must include a cover letter that is placed in the middle section of the folder, as shown in the example above. A template for the cover letter is available by using the link below. All you need to do is change the contact information so it is customized to how your customer can reach you, their local Quik Internet representative.

Note: When you order the Welcome Kit, you will itemize it by ordering the kit, phone cards and CD/Brochures separately. Then, once you receive the materials, construct your Welcome Kits to replicate the example in the pictures above.

Instructions for Downloading the Cover Letter

How do I download the file?

1. Click on the link
2. On the window that appears select “Save this program to Disk” and press “OK.”
3. Select the folder you want the file to download in.
4. Write down the name of the folder.
5. Press “Save.”

How do I decompress the file?

To decompress the file you have to get "WinZip". After you get the program follow the next instructions.

1. When you downloaded the file, a box appeared and you selected a folder where the file was saved.
2. Go to that folder.
3. Double click on the icon of the file you downloaded.
4. Press “I Agree”.
5. Select the file and then press "Extract"
6. The decompressed file will save in the same folder you saved the file you download.

Now you can open the file and customize it.
